Sarafina knew that Dodger and Ravi were gonna be two peas in a pod once Ravi was born and she knew that Dodger was gonna be a great father, and she knew this because they had eachother and they would help eachother along the way she knew that much. A giggle escaped her when Dodger said that she would have to take Ravi driving unless she wanted him to drive like Dodger, "One thing I know, is that, your not gonna be speeding when you have him in your car. She warned raising a eyebrow at him. It frightened her a little bit that Dodger had all that horsepower under the hood fo his Challenger, and his Ducati, Dodger was already in one car accident that totaled his first care and now he had another Challenger and a Ducati. It made her nervous the way Dodger drived over the speed limit. She just hoped that when Ravi was in his car and Dodger was driving he would be more cautious "I think he wants to see both of us." Smiles at him sweetly.
She watched as he tossed more popcorn towards Marv, as it hit him in the face "And yet you wonder why he's overweight." Teasing Dodger playfully, before taking a few pieces of popcorn and putting them in her mouth, "Either way, I know your gonna be a great father. Sarafina said, kissing his cheek.

He couldn't promise much, promises were something he only made if he was completely positive he was going to be able to keep them from breaking. If she wanted him to quit acting like an immature pain in the ass, well, that ain't gonna happen anytime soon because being an ass to way too much fun to give up. "Pfft, I'm not gonna drive like a old lady if that's what you're expecting." She knew exactly what he was talking either, there was always that one lady driving some expensive Cadillac who drove at a snail's pace. Getting his license revoked and having to fork over a five hundred dollar fine was annoying as hell but some lessons could only be earned the hard way. "Lucky him, he'll get to sleep all day and eat whenever he feels like it."
"You're more than welcome to take him on a walk." Marv was on the plump side, mostly because he was fed one too many table scraps when he gave the two of them the classic "puppy dog eyes". Sassifrass could do that to, and she could do it well. "I hope you know what to do, cause I sure don't."

Sarafina layed contently next to him, it was moments like these that she loved the most when it was just the two of them laying on couch in their own little world with nobody else except for their dogs just to ruin the conversation. She looked over at Dodger as he denied to drive like an old lady, she couldn't help but chuckle. Dodger did have his moments when he did have a nice sense of humor, and that was one of those moments, she snuggled up to him so that her head was resting on his shoulder. Dodger could never go the speed limit, he always blamed it on being raised in Texas. Sarafina got to experiance that first hand when she went to Texas with Dodger to visit his aunt and uncle, and his cousin. Boy, was he piece of work, she looked up at Dodger again " You got to do that to, I'm sure you two will get along just fine." She said smiling at him.
Sarafina had faith in Dodger, she knew that he was going to be the great father that neither of them had but always wanted. She knew it won't be easy at first, but things would get better. With Dodger being the new assistant coach at Richmond, he would be home all day to take care of Ravi then Sarafina would come home a hour after lunch since she only had a five classes. Then Dodger would be off to teach some kids to kick some ass at football "Don't worry Daddy Dodger, i'll help you along the way, we'll help eachother." Smiling sweetly at him.

Marv was a popcorn eating monster on four paws with a face that always looked pissed off and more of a waddle than a walk. But those beady, bug like eyes suckered an unsuspecting Dodger in from the moment he stumbled across the Richmond animal shelter. He wasn't quite sure how old Marv was, his adoption papers weren't very specific on his details but were only clear on one or two things. He was severely underweight and was neglected to an unspecified extent, a far cry from the spastic ball of fat that he was today. "Pfft, he only listens to you. Little punk should be more grateful." Marv rested his head in his paws, his small eyelids closing and opening a little more slow as the night got older. Sleep was starting to creep up on him, fighting to keep his heavy eyelids from closing in on him. He was incredibly comfortable, far too content to move from this couch. Sleep was such a valuable thing he couldn't take for granted anymore now that his rough struggle with insomnia had passed him by.
In a nonchalant, playful kind of way he rolled his eyes and raised an eyebrow at her. "You really like calling me that, don't you?" Not that it bothered him any. It only got under his skin whenever Kaleb decided to be an asshole, and it was moments like that when Dodger felt like slapping the snot out of the punk.
