friends: Miss party machine is obviously going to need some friends. I can see her hanging out with guys more than girls. She'll need some smoking buddies and drinking buddies as well. She's extremely loyal especially to people who she considers family.

lovers: Mkay, so Miss Angelo here is bisexual so throw your girls and guys at her! She is still a virgin and won't have sex, but she's willing to do everything up to that point. Dream and Cheyenne-Friends probably.
Olivia and Cheyenne- Olivia will be friends with her and stuff.
Destiny and Cheyenne-Destiny is probably gonn avoid her
Devon and Cheyenne-Im sure Devon will stalk her dreams at some point

Chicago and Cheyenne - I'm thinking they'll get along well. They are both pretty carefree, and outgoing, and although Chicago doesnt Drink or smoke, she would probably be there to make sure Cheynne doesnt do anything too stupid when she's drunk and would offer to be a designated driver every now and then. Although, she woudl of course, probably try to discourage her from drinking and smoking altogether at some stages, but still  |

destiny + cheyenne: I can soooo see her annoying the crap
out of destiny by talking and bugging her and yeah
devon + cheyenne: she would be all weirded out.
serena + cheyenne: friends sound good to me :3
chicago + cheyenne: I think they would be pretty great friends
until she goes into one of her lectures as to why not to drink/smoke.
cheyenne would then just get annoyed and start ranting xD
