 Friends are like Family.. Only more fun to be around...[/size][/center] Luna had been on the insant messager with her close friend, Devroux. He was like the brother that she always wanted. And despite him being Human, she felt that they were related in some way. She was soon known to be the Whore at the school, because of all her friends being guys. The girls at Richmond High started it, of course. 'Poor little cookie cut girls..'[/b] Luna thought to herself, as she ran out the dorms to her truck. Only to get in, start it and head to Mellow Mushroom. Not worrying herself about the California heat, she had the windows rolled down just to let her ebony waves whip around as the wind ran through it. Knowing the right shortcuts come in handy when the time calls for it, since the Demigoddess of Night did some traveling. Meaning when they first moved to California, her Dad drove her around trying to show her differant and somewhat easy shortcuts. And by somewhat, she means down right confusing! But, what can she do? Luna loves her dad with all her heart. Then again, this shortcut was easy and Luna got to the place in no time. Rolling up the windows and locking up the truck, she got out and waited by it for Devroux. And since he told her that he wasn't that far from it, he should have been there before her. Probably the reason, she got there so fast was that she's starving. |

Despite how hard it is to eat, I can't tell you how much I love pizza. It's just about the greatest food out there, in my opinion, and I could honestly eat it all day. However, eating it is a huge hassle. I usually have to tear off little pieces and just gum them until they're soggy enough to be swallowed whole, and with what little taste buds I have left, it's all quite delicious to me.
I was staying with my mother who lived downtown, so it wasn't that far to walk to the Mellow Mushroom. Ever since I had been ganged up on next to the alley, I've always been wary about wandering around in the evening, so I walked quickly across streets and sidewalks, avoiding the shadows so that I'd be in broad daylight in case something happened.
Going up into the parking lot, I smiled when I saw Luna and waved to her, ready to just head inside and eat already.

I'm starving'[/i] She thought to herself, pouting looking around. Tapping her foot on the ground, she instantly remembered that she hated waiting. Especially on days when the sun was so bright. Luckily, she had her shades on so, it wouldn't be in her eyes. But, Luna could feel it burning on her pale skin. Seeing something come toward her to her left, she looked and saw Devroux waving at her as he walked into the parking lot. "Watch out for the cars, ding-bat!"[/b] Luna called out, pushing her shades up on her head to hold her ebony hair back. Walking away from the truck, she walked over to him with a smile. "I forgot you live so close."[/b] She mused, with a small laugh. She forgets that sometimes. Okay, all the time! |
