Tam sat down heavily on the bench just outside the childrens playground, her head slipping down into her hands as she temporarily squeezed her eyes shut, breathig a sigh before dropping her hands. She'd spent pretty much the entire day walking around Richmond, attempting to clear her head but hadn't really done much.
She rested her chin on her hand before her attention was caught by a couple of kids hanging off one of the climbing frames before one of them, the little girl turned to look at Tam, staring wide eyed. Tam looked at her, venturing a small smile as the little kid grinned at her...that was until the kid sneezed and a great load of snot dribbled down. Tam looked at her for a moment before wrinkling her nose and moving on.
She'd already decided she was keeping the kid but...she hadn't really taken into account the fact that well...she actually loathed children. She didn't find the mispronunciations endearing, the snot or the wailing enjoyable...she felt her stomach twist uncomfortably, her gaze falling to her hands. Who was she kidding? She couldn't do it, there was no way...and that wasn't even including the whole complicatedness of keeping who the father was from Sage and...she closed her eyes, giving a sigh. The last thing she needed was to start off crying again.
