Scotty got out of the taxi and stepped onto the park. He hadn't been here yet even though he had been at richmonds for a little while. He was graduating soon and he was super excited. He wanted to finally end school. He had decided not to go to college becuase she just wanted a break, he had been going to school since elementry school and he didn't really like school, he had better things to do. Like this for an example. Take a good get-to-know picnic. He had these all the time. Its an old trick his father taught him. You have a picnic and add the basic stuff. Like name and age and stuff like that. He found the right spot and set down the palett and and layed the basket out. He brought pizza flavored pringels, grilled cheese and turkey sandwhichs. Coke, sprite and water. He sat down and pulled out his phone and texted Semper that he could come now.

I hadn't been to the lake since I had gone skinny dipping with Tam, so when I got Scotty's text to come for a picnic with him, I was honestly a bit hesitant. Going to the lake also meant revisiting a load of memories that I didn't want to remember, but that would mean turning down my own brother. I didn't really want to do that, so I went down to my truck -- left my shoes in my dorm -- and drove out to the lake.
I parked in the lot, getting out and locking the door. I felt bad for not having brought anything, but I could always grow some berries for us. Putting my keys in my pocket, I walked along the shore until I found Scotty and sat down beside him. "Heya Scotty," I said, offering a smile to him.
((Blehk, crap post. Dx ))

Scotty pulled out a coke. That was the only soda he liked. It was not sweet but not sour. He hated mountain dew because it had that tangy taste, also he hated Dr. Pepper because it was so sweet. He only liked coke because it was perfect. and barley had enough cocaine to give a fly a buzz. Scottty opened it and listened to the noise it made. He loved that noise. He took a big refreshing sip and made the "Ahhh" noise. He always loved doing that. He was glad he was here but really sad too. He was glad becasue he could do things he couldn't do at the fields. But he was sad because he had to leave. He loved sweating and being with, the girl that he purposely forgot the name of. Although he did have a small crush on a girl named Catorina Ravenwood, although they hadn't really talked much. A truck pulled up in the parking lot and Semper got out. He had blonde hair and he was pretty tall. He walked over to Scotty and said "Heya Scotty". Scotty smiled back at him. "Hey Semper, why don't ya' sit down" Scotty asked Semper as he geustured him to sit.

I sat down beside Scotty, criss-crossing my legs so as to not take up as much space as I usually do. This was only about my third or fourth time being with him, and though things were still somewhat awkward between us -- well, to me it was awkward -- I hoped to get over that.
"How've y' been, Scotty?" I asked, smiling at him. I tried to remember where he was from since his accented sounded kind of like mine, but I couldn't quite recall. "Where're y' from again?" I felt bad for having to ask, but at least it kept me talking, which isn't really normal for me. Usually I'm just a listener and don't say anything, but that would never get the awkwardness between us to go down.
