Sarafina laid on her bed just staring at the comment from her phone that Dodger posted on his Facebook status At least the car isn't such a pain in the ass. With aggitated sigh she tossed her Motorola Flipout to the ground, she rolled over on her bed so that she was facing the ceiling. She placed a hand over her stomach, "Your daddy is a complete pain the ass. She said to the life that was growing inside for the past month and a week. It was then she heard her phone vibrate three times wtich meant it was a Facebook alert, she got up from the bed, walked towards her phone picking it up she saw that Dodger posted on her wall asking if she was at her dorm, she replied by just saying Yeah then a few seconds later another response Uh well if you feel like talking I'd like to come by... Was what he said back to her, Sarafna didn't know how to respond to that but somehow she managed to reply If you want to come over that's fine with me. Is what she said to him. After a few moments no reply back witch meant, he was either on his way or he turned off his phone(witch he rarely does).
Sarafina walked back to her bed, what could be possibly say to her after something like that. Then again she couldn't ignore him either afterall he was the father of the child that she was carrying. Sitting on her bed she waited for the sound of knocking on her door, she didn't know how to feel towards Dodger, sure he made an ass of himself again but she still loved him so she didn't know how to act. She just waited for the sound of knocking on her door. |

Dodger had an impeccable talent of saying stupid shit and making himself look and feel like a total idiot. It was his downfall and he wasn't very proud of that side to his personality, either. But the more he tried to change that part of himself, the stronger it seemed to get. Dodger shrugged and looked at Marv, who seemed to be glaring at him just like Sarafina had done the night before. "Oh shut up, you've been a pain since the day I got you." Before he knew it, it was time for him to get out of bed and drive to work. He hated the auto shop, and everything involved with it. With five minutes until it was time to clock out, he looked at his phone and sent a new message to Sarafina. He didn't know what to expect, if she was going to reply or even read the damn thing.
Dodger walked outside and reached into his pocket, grabbing his phone and his keys. He was a little surprised but relieved when he saw her name on the screen, which meant she wasn't completely pissed at him. He sat in his car for a while, trying to think of what he was going to say when he got to her dorm. After a few more minutes of thought, he finally started the car and sped away from the auto shop like he always did when it was time for him to leave. The dorms were located just a few miles from work, which made it pretty convenient getting to and from. He knew just where her dorm room was, up the flight of stairs and it was the first dorm on the right. Dodger sighed and knocked on the door.

Sarafina laid on her bed just thinking about what happened, life was getting to be pain in the ass for her. It seems like everytime her life seem to get better in some way something happens, she wiped a tear away from eye then put her earphones in her ears then started to listen to some music that seemed to relax her a bit. After a few songs she decided to listen to her new favorite by Gwyenth Paltrow "Home". It seemed to help relax her more, it was few minutes later she heard a knock on the door, she turned off her Ipod then put it on the nightstand next her bed.
She walked over to the door then put her hand on the doorknob before letting out a small sigh to help relax, like that helped. She turned the knob then opened the door, she looked at the floor for a couple of seconds then looked up at him.

She told him she would be here, and he could only hope she would be in the mood to talk to him when he knocked on her door. When she opened the door, it was obvious she had been crying and he felt like kicking himself since he was to blame for it. Her eyes wondered down to the floor for what seemed like forever, until she finally looked at him. He opened his mouth to speak, but he couldn't seem to get the words out of his mouth. "Sarafina..."
Screw it, I'm going with Plan B. He thought to himself, because he always had another plan if the first one failed. Before she could say anything, he leaned in and kissed her before he even had one foot in the dorm room.

Sarafina didn't know what to say of course she still loved him, but what he said to her reminded too of her father who drank himself to death. She knew what Dodger was thinking when he saw that she had been crying, sometimes she knew what Dodger was thinking, the others she didn't even bother to try. She looked away from him trying to find words to say to him, when she looked back at him he said her name but nothing else came out of his mouth.
It was then she felt his lips against hers she didn't know how to react, after a few seconds all the sadness that was inside her seem to disappear as if it was never there. As she continued to feel his lips against hers, she decided to let him in she started to back up not pulling away from the kiss she wrapped her arms around his neck loving the feeling of his lips against hers.

He didn't want to say anything stupid, and the only way to keep himself from doing that was to kiss her. For a second she seemed surprised, and he couldn't blame her if she was. Dodger was always too proud to ever say he was sorry, but the words seemed like second nature to him right now. "I'm sorry I'm such a pain in the ass. Sometimes I swear I can't help myself." Dodger sighed and kicked the door closed with his foot, too occupied with Sarafina to turn around and close it.
She knew him well enough to know his apology was sincere, and if she didn't believe him now he was more than willing to prove it.

Sarafina was surprised that he just upright kissed her, but that kiss was enough to show that he loved and cared about her. Sarafina knew she couldn't stay mad at him for long she loved him way too much to do that, and the fact that she was pregnent with his kid was enough to show that how muched she wanted a family with him even if it meant that she had to drop out of school her senior year. She felt him pull away, that was when she heard something she thought she would never hear, an apology, a small smile came formed on her face "I know you are, and I forgive you for it." She said to him, as she gently stroked the side of his face with her hand before kissing him again, as she wraps an arm around his neck the other on the back of his head, feeling his hair between her fingers.

He knew she could never stay mad at him for very long, no matter how much of a pain he could be. All it took was an apology and a kiss to make her see that he wasn't always a pain in the ass. Just most of the time, anyway. He could blame hanging out with Kaleb for that one."Good." He said with a smirk. With a smirk, he leaned in closer and kissed her on the forehead. "It must be really hard for you to stay pissed at me with I do that, huh?"

Sarafina knew that Dodger loved her, sure they had their ups and downs in their relationship but the way this argument ended was defiantly and up, Dodge being the father of her child was defiantly an up for her, she didn't care that she had to drop out of school to raise their child as long as Dodger would be there for her and she knew that he would be. Ever since the first day they met eachother at the basketball courts he had been their since the start.
She lowered her hands to chest as she felt his lips against her head, she felt safe now that he was here, Dodger had that affect on her she trusted him more then anyone here. When she heard his voice she looked up at him, "We both know I can't stay mad at you for long." She said to him, looking into his faded blue eyes.

"You're right, and I abuse that privilege." He looked at her with an irresistible grin. He knew how to play his cards right, and had all the right things to say to get back on Sarafina's good side. Dodger would miss her like crazy when college time rolled around, but they still had an entire summer to spend together. "You know, I'm gonna miss our snowcone dates when I leave for college."

The sound of him going off to college was something that kinda brought a cold shiver to her body, she didn't want to leave Doger. Hell, she wanted to go with him so he wouldn't have to ride on his Ducati back here to Richmond just to see her. But she knew that she had to stay and go to High School for as long as she could. She hugged him tightly, "I wish I could go with you. I don't want to be away from you." She was telling the truth, being away from Dodger was gonna be hard for her, afterall Dodger was the best thing that had ever happen to her, Dodger had become her life source.
