When the colt licked her nuzzled and licked her fingers, a small smile came to her face. She knew this wasn't a dream, afterall if it was she would be seeing him in his human form, Semper may have returned as a horse but he is still her older brother. She wrapped her arms around him, "I missed you so much." She said softly, stroking his shoulder, a sniffle escaped her, since she was now crying tears of joy to have her brother back with her, "Don't worry, i'll take care of you for as long as you live. She whispered softly to him.
