ROSY-MAEEVALANNON!?
Hey! I go by Raeoki. I am fourteen and I'm loving it. I have been roleplaying for seven years (I think) and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I have one other character on this site and I think they're pretty amazing! If you want to contact me you can by PM.
Name: Rosy-Mae Eva Lannon
Nickname: Rose (but only her mother can call her that!)
Age: Seventeen
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight
Playby: Kristen Stewart
Member Group: Demigod, daughter of Thanatos, Junior
Appearance: Rosy-Mae is tall and strong. She was built for speed and hard labor, such as running across fields to give messages to generals, for carrying large, heavy packages, and maybe even fending off invading armies (if Richmond just so happened to be invaded, or Rosy-Mae suddenly found herself doing any of those tasks). But, what she makes in strength and speed, she lacks highly with grace and knowing where her feet are. When Rosy-Mae walks, she looks like some lumbering bear, with her head held low, her shoulders sagging, her stride resembling that of lawn-mowers, and the constant stumbling. More than once has Rosy-Mae found her face suddenly planted into the ground.
Her dark brown hair pops up from the cranium and spiral downward in a messy flurry of curls and kinks. Rosy-Mae’s light brown eyes are sunken in, often times showing no emotion, nor any sign of any human soul living inside the girl’s body. She may smile, but her eyes do not soften with amusement or joy. The only time Rosy-Mae has allowed her humanness to shine through her eyes is a flicker of surprise as she trips over her own feet, or pure rage.
Personality: Rosy-Mae does not like people. She is cynical, believing that the people around her will drag her away, shove her into a black-and-white car and drive her off to her death, like they had done to her mother. Rosy-Mae does not expect good to come out of humans. Humans eradicate good, just as they had eradicated Ms. Lannon, just because she was trying to help other people overcome their own grief. But, if a person happens to break through her misanthropic shell, Rosy-Mae would become over-protective of the person, and would be brave enough to risk her life for the person so she wouldn’t have to watch him or her walk off to their deaths like her mother.
She is cold, blunt, and sadistic. During the times that Rosy-Mae had found herself in the position of chatting it up with a fellow human-being, she would shoot of icy, smart-alecky remarks on whatever flaw she could find. During her early years, this had been the point of her sadism; her pleasure in doing people harm. But now, it has escalated into pricking the tip of a person’s finger with a fork, or putting thorns and/or rusty nails into their bed sheet.

Mother: Mari Lannon, died at age thirty-six, mortician/homicidal maniac/carcass
Father: Thanatos, ancient, God of Death.
Siblings: None, excluding her godly half-siblings.
Pets: Her adoptive family’s Chihuahua “Chummy-LEE”, whom she likes to fling her around her bedroom when she’s bored.
History: Rosy-Mae was never told how her mother and father met, but she was always reminded of who she was: a demigod; the daughter of death. How appropriate was it that her mother had been a mortician, before her execution.
Rosy-Mae had lived in a world of naivety and childish innocence, sometimes aiding her mother with the dead bodies. Rosy-Mae wasn't afraid of corpses: it was against her nature as a child of Thanatos, and in fact had dreams of co-owning Mrs. Lannon's funeral home, a dream Mrs. Lannon encouraged full-heartedly.
But, outside of Rosy-Mae's daydream of a world, her mother was slitting throats and ending lives. After Thanatos abandened her with Rosy-Mae, a curious side had emerged from the mortician: a side that made her look at her grieving clients and think to herself, "Those poor people...They must want me to end it. End it soon." And so, as her daughter slept unaware, Mrs. Lannon would sneak out and stalk her victims, waiting until after the funeral when she'd make the killing blow. It was a form of her own grieving, as she waited for her beloved god to swoop down and be the devoted husband she wanted him to be.
One day, Mrs. Lannon made a mistake. Her victim had a son who had overheard Mrs. Lannon entering, and watched in horror behind a partially opened door as she slit his sleeping father's throat. Mrs. Lannon didn't notice the boy, and before she walked out he had jumped into a hall closet. The next morning, a police car parked itself at their driveway. Realizing the inevitable, Mrs. Lannon grabbed Rosy-Mae by the arms and said, "I'm going to have to leave for quite some time now, Rosy. Don't be sad. Mommy's going to see Daddy soon."
Rosy-Mae stayed with her grandparents until Mrs. Lannon was sentenced to death. After the news came out, they wouldn't have anything to do with Rosy-Mae, and the next thing the young girl knew she was in the system, coming and going from one foster home to the next, until she was seventeen. By this time, she was an angered and bitter teenager, hating the world for taking her way her mother, who had only wanted to end her victim's sadness. She went to a family in Richmond, California, who were overly-optimistic beach-bums: the very definition of trash, excluding cops. Rosy-Mae's tried everything, but it appears that this family is intent on keeping her.
