Im gonna fix this up an make it all spiffy later but right now Ill just give you the basics about Devon.

-About-

Devon is the daughter of Hypnos, she is 27, and the school cousnelor Im sure she'll see you all sooner or later. When she is working she is patients and kind and a good listener. After work(*or in dreams) She is extremely outgoing. She loves to stalk students in their dreams and flirt because she knows when they wake up they will think that they just dreamed it all and none of it was real.

Im sure she'll make alot of these by just visiting people in their sleep too often.

hmm she'll probably do a lot more flirting then actual dating

Cleo && Devon

I can imagine these two might have quite a bit to talk about, since Cleo is also a daughter of Hypnos, which would make them half sisters. And since Devon is a bit older than Cleo, she might be able to help Cleo with her powers and show her how to manipulate dreams properly (so far the only dreams Cleo can control are her boyfriend's, and her own). I think they'd be great friends, and Cleo would see someone she could talk to in Devon, especially since Devon is also the school councilor.
