CHARLOTTEHOPEKNIGHT!?
Hey! I go by Cyndi. I am twenty years old and I'm loving it. I have been roleplaying for nine years and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I have no other characters on this site and I think they're pretty amazing! If you want to contact me you can by messaging me for my MSN and/or Tumblr.
Name: Charlotte Hope Knight
Nickname: Lottie
Age: Seventeen
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Straight & Curious
Member Group: Demigod Junior – daughter of Aura.
Appearance: Lottie possesses golden blond hair that hangs a few inches past her shoulders; she usually wears her hair straight, in soft waves, or in a simple up-do. She has emerald green orbs that she tends to accentuate with a thin line of noir liner, and other than some light lip gloss and a mere coat of mascara, that’s the extent of her make-up. She stands at about five foot six inches and weighs approximately one hundred and nineteen pounds. She has a thin frame, but don’t mistake her for one of those size zero girls who survive off of spinach and vitamin water. For her particular height and body type, she’s at a perfectly healthy weight. In fact, she’s a size four, which she wears very well. As far as her sense of style goes, she prefers to wear skirts and dresses; she’s rarely ever caught in jeans. Jeans cause her to feel confined, like she’s some sort of a bird trapped in a wrought-iron cage.
Personality: Lottie is relatively laid-back and mellow. She’d much rather go with the flow of things than get involved in a bunch of nonsensical drama. However, if the occasion calls for her to get involved, she most certainly will without hesitation. She’s intelligent, but she doesn’t care to ‘brag’ about just how intelligent she is. The truth is, although she breezes through some of her school subjects, she still struggles and actually has to put a lot of effort into others. Many people assume that since she’s pretty chill, she doesn’t get angry. That isn’t the case, though. In all honesty, she does get angry. It takes quite a bit for her to lose her temper, but once she does blow her top, she becomes a hazard to the people around her. Overall, she’s a relatively fragile person. She puts up this front that she’s strong and practically invincible, but truthfully, it’d be very easy for someone to break her.
Likes: Cheerleading, skirts and dresses, fruity candy (such as Starbursts, Skittles, etc.), animals (dogs are love), and new experiences.
Dislikes: Hostility, unnecessary drama, pants/jeans, dark chocolate, uncompassionate people.
Mother: Aura, ___, goddess.
Father: Russell Knight, 42, novelist.
Siblings: None that she knows of.
Pets: None.
History: On August 1, Charlotte Hope Knight was born in Cambridge, Massachusetts to Russell Knight and the goddess Aura. Shortly after Lottie was born, her mother disappeared, leaving Lottie with her father Russell. However, Russell wasn’t able to properly deal with the pain of losing his ‘one true love’, and he turned to narcotics as an escape mechanism. It didn’t take long for Social Services to show up at the Knight’s front door, and it took even less time for them to tear her away from her father. At eleven months old, she was admitted into the foster care system, where she stayed for the next six years of her life. On her seventh birthday, she was adopted by her father’s estranged sister. The woman hadn’t been listed on any of Lottie’s records, and her father – being the difficult man that he was – refused to tell the authorities exactly where his sister was located. After the adoption, Charlotte’s estranged aunt/adoptive mother – whose name was Clarissa – moved Lottie out to California. Lottie was relieved and ecstatic to finally be out of the foster care system, and although it took her almost a year to adjust to her new life, she finally felt like she belonged somewhere.
It wasn’t until Lottie turned thirteen years old that she first began noticing and experiencing her powers. Looking back, she’d always felt like there was something peculiar about herself, but she’d contributed that to her upbringing. One blazing summer day, Lottie bid Clarissa adieu and left to go play in the local park. Once there, she ran into a particular boy who would always harass her. He’d push her down, trip her, toss her things on the ground, and call her various names, but Clarissa would assure her time and time again that he only did those things because he liked her and he didn’t know how to cope with those feelings. Well, on that hot August day, Lottie decided that she’d had enough of his crap. She couldn’t care less if he did those things because he liked her; she wasn’t going to put up with it anymore. When the boy saw that she wasn’t backing down from him, he pushed her even harder and insulted her a lot more. The heat had already been making her ornery, and his crude behavior certainly was not helping. Lottie suddenly became so angry that the wind started blowing very hard. In fact, the wind had picked up so much that it was practically forcing the boy to back away from Lottie, yet Lottie managed to remain grounded.
After the boy ran away from her, terrified for his life, Lottie burst into tears and hurried home. She didn’t understand what had just happened. Had she caused the wind to do that? No, she couldn’t have done it, because that was impossible… Right? That sort of stuff only happened in fantasies, and this was no fantasy. Charlotte told her aunt that she wasn’t feeling well and that she was going to bed, and Lottie proceeded to cry herself to sleep that night. That same night, she had a dream. In this dream, she was visited by an ethereal figure cloaked all in white. The figure assured her that everything would be all right, and advised her to persuade Clarissa to contact her father. This was not an easy task to accomplish. Lottie hadn’t ever spoken to her father and she definitely hadn’t seen him, and Clarissa despised Russell. However, Lottie managed to achieve the impossible – she convinced Clarissa to contact Russell. After several arrangements were made, Clarissa and Lottie flew up to Massachusetts to pay Russell a much-needed visit. Lottie needed to know what was happening to her, and the figure had told her that her father would have the answer.
Over a cup of tea and finger sandwiches, Russell revealed the truth to Lottie. He told her everything about her mother – well, at least everything that he knew. Clarissa didn’t believe a word that slipped from Russell’s lips, but she knew that Lottie had never lied to her. Once Lottie told her about what had happened that day in the park, Clarissa could feel it in her bones that it was all true. The three of them discussed what possible options Lottie had, and it was then that Russell remembered Aura mentioning a high school called Richmond. A couple of days later, Clarissa and Lottie returned to their home in California. The summer before Lottie was to enter her freshman year of high school, she and Clarissa contacted Richmond and got everything planned and prepared. Lottie has lived on campus and has attended Richmond High ever since.

Roleplay Post
It was insane how much had happened in the last year. Javier had discovered that he was romantically and sexually interested in guys; he'd been involved in his first same-sex relationship - and his first relationship, period; he'd realized that he had feelings for his best friend and that he'd had those feelings for quite some time; he'd acted on those feelings and actually told Cyrus how he felt; he got a concussion from running into a wall while not wearing his lucky helmet; he'd tried to break Cyrus out of his bedroom and got caught in the process; he'd performed for people for the very first time; he'd learned how to cook with the help of Dave Karofsky; and he'd caused mass chaos and mayhem with his best friends. The year had also had its low points, but Javier preferred to look at the good things that had occurred. If 2011 had been this great, he could hardly wait to experience 2012. He knew that 2012 would bring its hardships, but he was prepared. He knew that as long as he had his three best friends by his side, he could conquer and overcome anything that the next year threw at him. He was aware that 2012 meant finishing high school and beginning college, which meant that Cyrus would be moving to California to attend school. The first time that this thought entered Javier's mind, he'd had a miniature meltdown. He didn't know what he'd do without Cyrus; the two had been best friends since they were kids. However, it hadn't taken Javier long at all to realize that he'd willingly go wherever Cyrus went. He had no problem with going to California with Cyrus, as long as it meant being with him. That's honestly all that Javier wanted.

Javier saw Cyrus slip outside, and he waited a few short moments before following him. He quietly exited the beach house and wandered down to the beach, enjoying the sound of the waves lapping against the shore. There had been a few nights within the last week when Javier couldn't sleep, so he'd close his eyes and focus on the sound of the waves, and before he'd know it, he'd be fast asleep. Javier spotted Cyrus sitting on the sand, with his knees pulled to his chest and his arms wrapped around them. He appeared to be thinking about something, and the first thought that came to Javier was 'Zane'. He imagined that it was hard for Cyrus, since he and Zane had broken up not too long ago. Javier thought that Cyrus was getting better, though. He hadn't been as emotional and introverted lately, and it was as if he'd returned to being his old self again. Javier silently sat down next to Cyrus and pulled his own knees to his chest and wrapped his arms around them. He gazed out at the water, not bothering to say a word. It wasn't an awkward silence in the least. It was... easy, content, comfortable.
