AISLINGMARIETEAGARDEN!?
Hey! I go by Libby. I am over thirteen and I'm loving it. I have been roleplaying for seven/eight years and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I have no other characters on this site, though they would be pretty amazing! If you want to contact me you can by PMing me.
Name: Aisling Marie Teagarden
Nickname: Azzy
Age: eighteen
Gender: female
Sexuality: straight
Member Group: demigod, morpheus: god of dreams
Appearance: Azzy is what one would call petite and dainty in build, with a small and fragile-looking frame. She has a short torso with longer legs and arms, and an oval shaped face. Her skin tone is pale, her cheeks constantly blushed like a porcelain doll's would be. She has a goddess-like appearance when it comes to hair, for she bears a golden halo of tight ringlet-style curls that falls to about her shoulders. Azzy has almond shaped crystal-clear blue eyes that seem to reflect the viewer like a fountain pond would on a sunny day.
Personality: Azzy is the daughter of the god of dreams, and therefore she has inherited some of her father's qualities. She is incredibly fond of naps, and is often being woken up in class or, really, wherever she is. But on the offhand chance that you find the slight girl awake, she proves to be blunt, yet humorous. She is bold in her manner of speaking and actions, having a tendency to be reckless, but she lacks the temper that goes along with it. Along with being fond of sleep, she has a very laid back temperament. She is hard to anger, if the feat is even possible. Azzy also has a tendency to have a very vivid imagination, capable of dreaming up the most strange and sometimes wonderful scenarios. Some would thank her father for this.
Likes: sleep, her journal, nighttime, jokes, lightning bugs
Dislikes: heeled shoes, missing naps, asparagus, homework, her hair
Mother: Bethany Teagarden, age 38, dance instructor
Father: Morpheus, unknown, God of Dreams
Siblings: NA
Pets: NA
History:
Azzy was born as Aisling Marie Teagarden to Bethany, who was a young woman just beginning her career in dance. She had met Morpheus in a theatre on Broadway, and they had hit it off upon sitting next to each other on that fateful day. Morpheus had, yes, fallen asleep during the show- but he had remained awake long enough to talk to Bethany, and truly get to know her. He then appeared in her dreams, upon their parting. That was how they really talked, and while Bethany thought nothing of it, she was more than surprised when he returned to Earth. Azzy was conceived and born nine months later. By then, Bethany had gotten a short explanation from Morpheus, who had backed away from the scene, continuing to visit and send dreams to Bethany for years afterward.
Azzy was not told. Not immediately, anyway. Her abilities wouldn't develop until she was in middle school, and Bethany saw no need to disrupt her daughter's life before then. Azzy was always fond of sleep, and always bore the imagination to fill many dreamer's minds. Her life was pretty uneventful until she turned twelve, when the change began. She was given dreams, and began appear in other dreams not her own. She would see funny things, and word were hard to read. Bethany, noticing her daughter growing antsy and more confused by the day, thought it would be best to have a sit down with Azzy, and that she did. Little Aisling was soon to graduate her middle school, and she would move on to a high school perfect for her ... special needs. Azzy was a demigod, there was no getting around it.

the smell was fantastic. kass leaned around her doorway, gripping the molding and peering into the kitchen. her mother must be cooking, which meant that she must be having someone over. as the realization of this took place, the smile on kass's face fell to a flat expression, the light from her eyes dulling as she retreated back into the depths of her bedroom. blinking, she turned to face the majority of the room. her walls were painted fire engine red, with white molding. her sheets were all white, as were the pillowcases, and she had a red quilt laying on top of them. pictures from her favorite war and action movies were taped crookedly to the wall, and she had a wooden sword she bought while on vacation leaning against her bedside table. and of course, her floor was littered with dirty clothes.
she almost felt the urge to clean. almost. but this new guy didn't deserve to see her at her best, because it wasn't like he would stick around anyway. with a sigh, kass flopped onto her bed, watching as dust puffed around her from the movement. a few particles tickled her nose, making her sneeze. alright, so maybe cleaning wasn't a bad idea. but that didn't mean she wanted to do it now. rolling over, her brown eyes moved up the wall, landing on the poster of the girl from her favorite movie. she was brandishing a sword, lifting it high in the air as her lips parted in a battle cry. kass had always loved war movies, or adventures, despite her mother's worried dislike of them. everytime she rented one, it was like her mother had a shit fit. then again ...
she knew there were things her mother wasn't telling her. she was told it was some sort of dyslexia, but she couldn't be sure. no one she heard of saw letters simply change. and now things were beginning to just seem different. she was antsy, always thinking, as if her mind was beginning to go into overdrive over the silliest things. and, to kass, everything even seemed different. like a lightbulb had went on in her head. all of it was just weird. unexplainable. and frankly, kass wasn't sure she wanted it to be explained. she had this itching feeling that if it was, in fact, given an explanation, she would find her life changed forever. she didn't like that. sitting up, she shook her head, her short hair whipping her in the face. she liked her life just the way it was, and she saw no reason to add or subtract anything from it. except maybe her mother's latest boyfriend. speaking of, she could hear the front door opening and her mother's gleeful exclaims. a deeper voice spoke in return, all husky and soft. rolling her eyes, kass stood up and kicked her door shut, ignoring a disapproving shout from mom. whatever, she thought, pulling a comic book off the shelf. it's not like she'll remember in the next five minutes.
