[/center]Hey! I go by Sissy. I am Twenty-Three and I'm loving it. I have been roleplaying for Ten Years and I don't plan on stopping any time soon. I have None on this site and I think they're pretty amazing! If you want to contact me you can by AIM/MSN/PM.
Name: Charlotte Adair Galeson
Nickname: None
Age: Sixteen Years Old
Gender: female
Sexuality: straight
Member Group: Demigod/Daughter of Ares
Appearance: The first thing anyone would notice about Charlotte would most likely be her azure eyes that seem to peer right through a person. Set beneath light eyebrows, she has a very gentle look to her for the most part but that can change in an instant. Her pale pink lips are often set in a contemplative look of a daydreamer but when she’s angry it’s set in an angry or devious look that sets off her azure eyes and gives them a hard edge. She has a small nose and a good facial structure, all in all she’s aesthetically pleasing. She comes to stand at an unimposing 5’8 and has a lithe figure that comes from working out a lot. Charlie has smooth sun-kissed skin and very rarely uses make-up cause she feels she doesn't need it.
Personality:
Charlotte is a very complex young woman and yet in ways she is simple and easy to understand. She likes power and she will do just about anything she can to gain it. She is greedy to a certain degree and yet she feels as though she needs nothing because she has been given everything she has ever needed since she was born. Charlotte is prone to tantrums when she doesn't get what she wants and if tantrums don't get her what she wants, she switches tactics. She is a quick witted young woman and can come up with a comeback almost as fast as one can come up with an insult to throw at her. She is a young woman who is not used to being stood up to and it's obvious when someone decides to talk back to her. Their bodies are rarely ever found...
Of course, Charlotte does not adhere to labels, the whole dynamic of good and evil. It's all just so overrated really. Charlotte believes that the person makes the power, not the other way around and she uses her power in the best way, her way. Charlotte is capable of doing something good for another person as she is for doing something evil, both just have to benefit her in some way. Really, Charlie can't understand how people can do something just for the sake of being nice...It didn't make much sense really. Charlotte never got that 'fuzzy' feeling from feeding a homeless person or sponsoring an adopted child, it just wasn't her thing really. Instead she chose to sponsor charity auctions and dinners just so the public wrote about how charitable and such she was.
She loves the spotlight and is used to it being on her. She thrives on people watching her and doesn't buckle under the pressure like other people might. She always seems put together and meticulous, a picture perfect daughter of a tycoon. But all is not as it seems often times. Charlotte has her flaws as well, she is not as perfect as she allows other to believe. She just is good at hiding her imperfections with both her exterior shell. She does feel stress, she just hides it very well by providing herself with other ways of escape. One escape is writing, gods how she adores writing. She could sit down at her very expensive laptop and write for hours at a time and she has before, though her business duties often get in the way. Another form of escape is martial arts, it calms her to a certain degree.
Emotions are something that Charlotte tries her best to ignore, at least the messy emotions. Hate, anger, jealousy, and spite, now those emotions she could handle quite easily. It's feelings of sadness and despair, a loss of control or even feelings of love that she can't and won't handle. She pushes them away anytime she feels them coming along because as far as she's concerned, they would make her weak. It is often said that the loss of these emotions make her evil but that can't be further from the truth. Really, Charlotte just doesn't care. She doesn't care that the things she does effect others, whether it be in a positive or negative way, she just does it and doesn't really worry about the consequences.
Trouble has a way of finding Charlotte and if that isn't the case, then she seeks it out. To sum Charlotte up, she's a cruel young woman with a cold exterior shell.

Mother: Nancy Ann Galeson - Trophy wife of Business Tycoon
Father: Ares, God of War
(Foster)James Neil Galeson, Business Tycoon
Siblings: None
Pets: Ferret named Fizzgig
History:
It had been a fluke, nothing more than that. At least that was what Charlotte’s mother Nancy believed, her brief affair with Ares, the God of War. Not that she knew it was him of course, all she knew was a handsome man was seducing her while her husband was away on business and she just couldn’t resist him. It had only lasted two nights and then he was gone and she had no idea that she was even pregnant. It never once dawned on her that she had slept with a God or that she was carrying a demi-god in her stomach.
Charlotte's birth was no small thing for her family. She had been born into a family without an heir to their family fortune, of course there was disappointment expressed by her parents when it was not a boy as they had hoped, but she would have to do. Her birth was no easy task either, it was said that she practically ripped her way out of her mother, leaving her barren and unable to have any more children. Of course this couldn't be blamed on the seemingly angelic little child, she was such a beautiful baby. Nevermind the fact that such a birth kept her mother from ever conceiving again and therefore never having a child that would replace her as an heir. It seemed that even as an infant she was calculating and cruel. Even in her innocent visage...
Growing up, Charlotte was watched over by the finest caregivers and doctors one could find in San Francisco. She was also given fantastic tutors for her younger years, since she was too good for actual public school, and taught in the ways of business as well. She was trained by a very young age to take over when the time came and she seemed perfectly happy about it. She had no real childhood, no childish toys to play with nor real friends. She had business associates and computers, she had dinner parties rather then tea parties and all this suited Charlotte perfectly fine. It wasn’t until she was about twelve years old that her lineage was discovered which was shocking since she had always believed that James was her father but it seemed she had been wrong. Her mother sobbingly confessed her infidelity to her husband and daughter, not out of guilt but rather because the presence of her real father who was really quite frightening. The daughter of Ares and a mortal, she was divine, a demi-goddess. She knew she was special! Had always known it.
Of course her father was shocked, hell it was news to say the least but given he was the consummate professional in terms of social situations, he decided to act as though it had never happened since it wasn’t common knowledge. Only his small family knew and that was how it was going to be, Charlotte was still his daughter as far as he was concerned. It wasn’t like Ares didn’t have a bunch of other children, he didn’t even want Charlotte per se, he simply told them that she would be going to a special school for demi-god children since it was apparent that the divine couldn’t keep to themselves. Figured…
It wasn’t really that much of a difference for Charlotte; she lived her life as she normally would, in opulence and leisure, getting what she wanted when she wanted it. She was told that she wouldn’t get the same treatment when she went to this special school but Charlotte could adapt and she would when she went. She couldn’t very well deprive the masses, divine and regular, of her presence now could she?

She couldn’t believe this shit. Charlotte had come all the way from the future, had sacrificed so much to get here and for what, to be stuck in the wrong place?! She felt like the old man from the Disney movie “Up” when he went all the way to Paradise Falls only to get stuck at the wrong end of the place. Right time, wrong place. Her target was in New Orleans, not New York… Fuckin hell! Two days she had been in the past and it was strange for her, Charlie hadn’t known what it would be like to be in a world where she didn’t have to fight for her life day in and day out. She didn’t like being here without someone she actually knew and who knew her as well because while she knew a great many people in this time, they wouldn’t know her. Her mother and father were be here in New York.. Wow, it had been such a long time since she had thought of Conall St Albans as her father. Maybe she was getting soft already or maybe it was because in this time he hadn’t joined GEIST yet. At least she didn’t think he had.
No, right now her younger self had been kidnapped by the Rogue Society and her parents were looking for her if Charlie remembered right. Charlotte could easily have gone to where her younger self was being held and rescued her but that was not her mission now. She wasn’t here to change that shiz because while it had affected her greatly, it had helped her gain an edge that she needed to survive in this world. She learned from that point on that she couldn’t be the victim, she had to start fighting back. And she had ever since then. She had changed after being taken by the Rogue Society and while there had been times that Charlotte wondered what her life would have been like if that event hadn’t happened, she couldn’t change it now because she needed to be like this. At least for now she did. So she left that go to the back of her mind as she grabbed her duffel bag of stuff once she reached New Orleans. Why did it have to be New Orleans? She hated the South and she hated the heat. But most of all…she hated Cajun food. She was going to starve!
That being said, New Orleans was so different in this time than it was in her own. People were a lot happier and less paranoid, it was actually relaxing to see things look normal. The worst was yet to come, she knew that and she would eventually seek out those who had begun the resistance against the RSF and those in charge. She didn’t know what the key to changing her future was but she was going to guess that they would have a large part in it. If she could give them a boost, she would. There was a lot of uncertainties in messing with timelines, she could erase herself if she wasn’t careful with one small move which was one reason she was keeping away from herself, literally. She didn’t need anyone knowing who she actually was and therefore putting her younger self in danger. Her kid self had enough problems in her young life as it was, she didn’t need her future coming back to bite her in the ass.
Gabriel Constant. That was the name of her target, the first of many. She could have gone after Conall, stop him from making a mistake but something told her that she might already be too late with that. So many possibilities that could lead to disaster, Charlotte had to be careful. She could make the future better or she could make it worse, she really didn’t know. That was one reason why John had never willingly took her back in the first place, he had felt that their best chances were past!John and past!Zoey but Charlotte disagreed. Hence why she had gone against what she knew was right and manipulated John into doing what she wanted and than taking away his memory of her. Well, not so much his memory of her but rather making him believe that she had died along with Zoey. He would be hurting of course but it was better for her that she didn’t worry about John popping in and taking her back. She wasn’t ready to go back. She had a mission to do.
Brushing a strand of dark hair out of her face, Charlotte took to the streets of New Orleans. She had never met Gabriel before so his mind would be unfamiliar territory to her but she could still track him. New Orleans was a big city and way more populated than the New Orleans she knew, it was confusing her to some degree but she was strong enough to handle opening up her mind to the citizens there. It would give her a migraine, no doubt but it was worth it if she could find the one she was looking for. Not that it was easy. It was like looking for a needle in a pile of needles. Hurt just as much as well.
Being that Charlotte had never been to New Orleans before, it wasn’t hard to believe that she was rather lost, simply following the various thought patterns going through her mind. This was seriously not working out for her. She was lost and had no idea where she was. Not that she was scared. She hadn’t been scared of such paltry things for a very long time now, she had more than enough means to protect herself.
Charlotte had hoped that such means wouldn’t be necessary but it seemed that she was wrong. She heard their cruel and brutish thoughts a mile away and wasn’t surprised when a dozen or so thuggish looking types showed up. How amusing. Already she could hear what they intended to do to the fragile looking girl who was so obviously lost. They expected her to be scared, wanted to hear her scream but that was not going to happen. Charlotte screamed for no one, she was far too stubborn for that. Peering next to her, the dark manifestation of her powers grinned back at her, Sissy always did enjoy a good fight. How to go about this? She could do what she wanted with them and they didn’t even realize it. They circled her, seeking to cut off any sort of exit. Acting like the victim wasn’t in her nature so she stood stoically, scowling defiantly at the thugs around her. She really didn’t have time for this…
The first thug approached her and she stood resolute, not moving as he brushed a strand of hair from her face, a stupid grin on his face. “What’s wrong chère? Cat got your tongue?” He expected her to beg for him to leave her alone. Pfft, fat chance.
Offering her own grin, she pushed his hand away from her face and kicked him square in the chest, using her telekinesis to send her flying upon impact. Definitely caught him off guard as he slammed into the side of a building, knocking him unconscious. Charlotte didn’t care if she killed anyone though she preferred not having to do that, she didn’t need to make a case against her kind now. The guys standing around her seemed completely shocked at what had just happened, torn between attacking the girl or swallowing their pride and running like hell. Well, best to make that decision for them. Closing her eyes, she released a telepathic shriek that caused them all to cry out in pain, covering their ears as though that would help. It wouldn’t. It was inside their minds. She was inside their minds and there wasn’t anything they could do about it. “Pretty pathetic Charlie, ya gotta admit.” Sissy said as she walked over to one of the thugs. “Nothing compared to what we have in the future.” It was true of course. Sissy was a lot more venomous than her counterpart, she was Charlotte’s desire to kill. Invisible to the thugs in pain, Sissy casually backhanded one of them, sending him flying to the side with the telekinetic force behind her action. “Pussies.”
It felt good to have this kind of control, she didn’t have that back in her own time. She had the power but they had more means of combating that power in the future. Here she was the one who had the edge and damnit all it felt amazing. They had brought it on themselves, who was Charlotte to not show them the error of their ways the hard way.
Fifteen minutes later….
Charlotte stood in the center of what looked like a massacre only none of them were dead. She had restrained herself in that regard, simply using them all as toys for her to play with until she got bored. Beaten and bruised, some beyond recognition, they would survive and have a new appreciation for life and a new fear of seemingly innocent looking females walking alone. Oh yeah… She felt good.
