Roleplay Post
If Pippa could still do the cheer-leading moves her mother had forced her to learn at an early age, she'd use them now to kick herself in the head. Wandering into the city was not only the craziest thing she'd ever done but also the stupidest. Unfortunately it wasn't until she was IN the city that she seemed to realize this.
"Three bloody years and I decide to blow it all in one move?" She whispered to herself in her heavy British accent. She was pushed up against a stone wall as she said it, her hand over her shoulder and tightly wrapped carefully around the machete in its holster on her back. The sawed off shotgun she'd kept as her prized possession for the past three years lay in its holster opposite the machete, completely useless without ammo. That was the exact reason she was here now, her palms sweating, her eyes now closed tightly as she took a deep breath in and then out. She needed ammo and she needed it badly.
"Here goes nothing" She whispered to herself, pulling the machete from behind her back in one swift motion before she moved to her left around the corner of the building. She stood there in silence, the machete out in front of her in what most likely looked like a cheesy ninja movie stance, staring down the completely empty street.
