Personality: Chelsea is very good with emotions. She can fake tears to make a boy feel sorry for her, which gives her better chances of seducing him. When she hates someone, she hates them a lot. She is popular and rich but that isnt good enough for her, she always wants more. She picks on her brother, Evan a lot, even if he doesnt realize it. She is very manipulative and uses people.

Chelsea wasnt ay better when they transferred to Richmond. She still did whatever she wanted and was mean to her brother. She didnt visit her parents much and honestly didnt give a shit about anything except boys.
