Victoria's Secret. It was a well-structured place, to be honest. The skimpy things in the back corner, were in the back corner for a reason. They were the sluttiest, and the wannabe whores slung over one another back there, observing each disgusting item. The middle of the store had the pushup ones, the most expensive bras. Girls with perfectly slick eyeliner, glittering nails, and shiny leather wallets with blossoming dollar bills lounged around large racks and displays, The rich chicks. The other back corner had the older-style bras, mostly non-pushup. A few could be seen there, a selection of sane girls in their struggle to remove themselves from the store with a good-fitting bra or two and get back to reality. Then there was the makeup and perfume sections. When Mona was a kid and her mother dragged her hear, these were her favorite sections. The mix of fruity samples could combine
To be honest, Mona didn't know where she was supposed to go as she stepped inside the store. She'd been in here a couple times before, but mostly as a child. The girl, after hitting puberty, had learned to live with four, basic colored bras. She was rather esponsible with washing her clothes. There was a green one, a pink one, a black one, and a tan one. And she didn't need anything else. But the girls in her dorm seemed to have almost thousands of bras. Mona felt relatively uneasy shoving her four bras into their own lonely drawer, while the other girls' lingerie drawers were practically bursting. Thus, the awkward frehsman twiddled her thumbs in her baggy sweatshirt pockets, with mismatching sweatpants, and walked over to a display. She pretended to look over the panties, but in all honesty, the awkward freshman was totally lost.

Crowds bustled as people chattered on about their everyday lives. Mobs of girls gathered around stores to look for new accessories to add to their collection, in hopes of impressing their friends and lovers. The store signs beckoned for more customers as the ongoing noise of chatter continued on. This was the mall, which had a large variety of items to choose from. Ranging from music to sports gear, it is quite obvious that this would be the #1 spot for anyone to spend their free time at whenever it was possible.
Ryan stared intensely at a few shops before he had decided where to go. This, certainly was not like home. In fact, this was probably ten times bigger than all of the stores at his previous home combined. When he had first placed his eyes upon the mall, it looked like nothing special. Just your average mall with pretty decorations, but no, it was like a storm the moment he stepped into it. Crowds bumped into him as he attempted to make way into an open spot. "Splendid." Ryan looked around frantically, this was just what he had feared, large groups. Biting his lower lip, Ryan rushed towards the nearest shop he could find. He had made it! Smiling to himself Ryan looked up, and was met by hundreds of gazes. "What?" Taking a quick glance, Ryan had realized what had happened. "Ooh...." Looking away, Ryan held his breath. The smell of perfume quickly surrounded him as he blinked. He didn't really feel ashamed, actually, Ryan didn't even mind barging into a women's shop. Looking up, Ryan smiled "Owe you one big guy." Posters and merchandise caught his eye as he decided to take a look around the store. Giggles could be heard as Ryan forced himself to look away, slightly pink to the cheeks. He occasionally picked up items to observe, but would then put it down, muttering, "Girls actually use that?". Walking down one of the rows, Ryan looked up, and found himself looking at a girl in sweats. She had been staring at the panties for an amazingly long time, do girls actually take this long to decide? Inching closer, he had decided to take a closer look, and to his surprise, she seemed very familiar. Actually, everyone seemed familiar to Ryan, but he was 90% sure that the girl went to his highschool. It didn't take long for Ryan's senses to kick in, after all, the girl looked beautiful, even if she did wear mismatched sweats. "Hey, do you happen, by any chance go to Richmond HighSchool?" Giving the girl his best smile, Ryan proceeded to close the distance between himself and the mysterious beauty. In This City | Clothes

give you that credit. ____________SHE SAYS IT'S OKAY THAT THEY MAY NEVER
Why the hell was she hear? Mona wasn't usually one to give in to average insecurities, and hell, her roommates hadn't brought up the frehsman's clear lack of lingerie as an issue. This was stupid. But what kind of message would that send to onlookers, if Mona were just to up and leave? She should've considered the mess Victorias Secret could make of things before she had entered the store, and then she would've fixed things before she ended up looking super awkward in a gossipy girls store. She realized her outfit didn't look too horrible. Mona loved to dress down. It just looked a little out of place in a room full of girls wearing body-hugging clothing, but Mona waved it off. She just wanted to get this over with.
"Hey, do you happen, by any chance go to Richmond HighSchool?" she heard someone ask. Though Mona didn't jump, she was relatively surprised to hear someone speak to her. She hadn't been planning on meeting anyone here. But she was even more stunned to find the voice masculine. She bit her lip, curious as to how he had found himself in a women's lingerie store. She knew the mall was crowded, of course, but he obviously had gotten a little more than dizzy to find himself stuffed up in this hellhole. Actually - was it a hellhole for him? Or just for her? "Um, yeah.." she said, still a little puzzled, but nonetheless open. Besides, he wasn't ugly in the least. "Yourself?" Actually, now that she thought of it, the boy did look rather familiar to her.

Ryan felt pleased with himself when he had heard her say yeah. At least he knew someone from his school that's in this mall. "Ryan. Ryan Savant, but I go by RyRy as well. I'm a freshman at Richmond HighSchool." Examining the area around him, Ryan chuckled to himself softly, what an odd place to introduce yourself, especially if you're a man. Raising one eyebrow, Ryan faced the girl, giving her a smirk. She must have been thinking about how he got here, after all, what kind of man would walk into the lion's den and expect to live unchanged? Deciding to save that story for later, Ryan opened his mouth to speak. "Do you normally take so much time deciding what to buy?" Realizing that he had said something unneeded, Ryan fidgeted a bit. "Ahh....t-that wasn't meant to sound, you know, rude." Smooth Ryan, just smooth. Running his fingers through his hair, Ryan stepped back a smidge to look at the items. He wondered why he even stepped foot in this store, just like the mall, it was more than meets the eye. But of course, he had to stay, this meeting was like destiny or at least, that's what Ryan thought. Making a clicking sound, Ryan looked around, he should probably go back to his dorm soon. Tommorow would probably end up being a crappy day if he stayed here. A chill ran down his spine as he imagined dreaming about finding himself stuck in a women's department store, unable to get out. give you that credit. ____________SHE SAYS IT'S OKAY THAT THEY MAY NEVER Damn, Mona wished she had her iPod right now. The moment wasn't beyond-words awkward, but it wasn't exactly the most practical situation. Meeting a guy for the first time in a lingerie store? It didn't make much for a perfectly flawless and normal first impression, but hell, at least it made an impression. She wouldn't be forgetting him in a day or a week, that was for sure. "Ryan. Ryan Savant, but I go by RyRy as well. I'm a freshman at Richmond HighSchool." Mona let out a soft chuckle at his formal introduction. Feeling rather left behind, she thought of what she could say. Mona. That was all she had. "Oh, I'm Mona Hix. I'm a frehsman as well, but I don't think I have a class with you.." Mona let her voice trail off, uncomfortbale to say why she hadn't truly seen him around. Of course they wouldn't have classes together. Mona dropped the panties and scanned her eyes around for another, but looked up as if she weren't interested. In truth, she wasn't, but she did look rather interesting. How the hell did you shop for these things, anyways? "Do you normally take so much time deciding what to buy?" Oh shit. He had caught her. Mona smiled, trying to cover up her insecurity fast, before he added "Ahh....t-that wasn't meant to sound, you know, rude."Mona, luckily, hadn't taken it much to heart. She didn't have many expectations as what 'rude' was. She had been pushed around from day one in her life, and she didn't like to bother with the mistakes in peoples' words, especially accidental. "To be honest, of course not," she said "I must just be a little tired, and spacey, I guess"

Ryan felt relieved once he heard her chuckle, at least he wasn't scaring her to death. Face lit up, Ryan listened carefully to her sentence, and to his surprise, she was a freshman! His insides gave a jump as he forced himself to hide a smile. So she was called Mona, the words etched into Ryan's head as he glanced outside. The stampede of people were lessening every second. Customers seemed to exit out of Victoria's Secret as the lights seemed to shine much more brightly. Producing a clicking sound Ryan looked back towards Mona. Even if it was just a brief moment, Ryan had made a new friend, though it was weird how she didn't have any classes he had.
Sighing, Ryan took one more glance at his surroundings. The probability of him entering this store again was zero percent. He didn't really care if a million dollars were placed in the far back of this infamous store, okay, maybe he would care. Pursing his lips, Ryan fought over staying and leaving, both were tempting. One, stay here with Mona and learn more about her, but stay in this sparkly, hellish, eye-killing, store. Or two, leave the store, but lose the chance to get to know Mona better. Wasn't the answer simple? Two.
"I have to go Mona. I can't really get up if I don't make it back to my dorm early. Hope you find what you want to buy." Tapping Mona's shoulder lightly, Ryan started to jog towards the exit of Victoria's Secret. Remembering to say his farewells, Ryan turned his head sideways. "I"LL SEE YOU AT SCHOOL!" Ryan waved goodbye to Mona as he sped up a bit more. He could've swore he heard a "shut the hell up" as he grew closer and closer towards towards to exit, but Ryan didn't care, today was a pretty good day. In This City | Clothes

Katherine was just about to finish her shift at Victoria's Secret. She hate the job but it was first thing she could find on short notice. At least, she was begining to feel settled at the school after two weeks. When she have check into the school, the head of housing informed her that Athena have arrange a checking account for her to get anything she might need. It was a good amount in the account. Katherine was shock because the amount would last for four year even due there was a note with the checkbook say the bank will arranged for more money if she request it. She have decided that she would not use the money for anything since she did not want to be in debt with Athena for anything. She was still anger at her mother for forcing to come to the school and make her off limits to her father. She thought about tracking him down but was scare if she went againist Athena that her father would be punished by the goddess. But, she was not give the goddess the pleasure of have to live off her money. So she got the job to pay for her way there. She have work double shift and barely have money for clothes but she think she get away with few pair of jean in order to pay her tutition and boarding at the school. She watch as a boy who she have never see was talking to a girl who she know was one in her Greek History Class. She smile as she heard the boy make a bad attempt at flirting with the girl. She walk to the girl and say "hi, I am Katherine. I could not help but see that you could use help."
