Fagan undestood. Actually she didnt'. She was gifted when it came to music. Sure she'd written hundreds of songs that she hated, that she felt she could have done better or simpler or whatever; but she'd hardly ever got her emotions mixed up. The key, the notes, the words, the harmony and melody, it was almost always a perfect blend. She couldn't really say that though; she'd sound obnoxious.
Music is the art which is most nigh to tears and memory,
she said somberly. Oscar Wilde said that. It goes beyond what we consciously know. Should probably shouldn't preach. No probably, she just shouldn't. But music was her life. Her father created music! She couldn't help it. No one but another child of Apollo could understand just how important music really was to the world. Blaise might think her a little crazy about it all, but it was just something she'd have to let go. She'd never be able to explain it to her. Even if she tried. Yeaa, that'd be great,/color] she smiled, secretly glade to most past the subject. I haven't really been able to jam with anyone for a while. Blaise teased her about surfing, and she laughed. Yeaa, well. Maybe. We'll see, hahah. Fagan wouldn't mind trying it. It'd be fun probably. And what's the worst that could happen? She gets stung by a jellyfish, eaten by a shark; drowned by some evil ocean nymph? She'd before to make a offering to Poseidon before she went out into the waves. That should help. At least her ease her mind. When you going next?/ [/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote][/blockquote]
notes ;; we should start a band!!! :D

Blaise hasn't jammed out with anyone in a while. She was kind of anxious to do it again. She hasn't played her guitar in a few weeks, her mind has been else where's and couldn't get any muse to do it. "What kind of music do you like to play? I usually play rock."
She laughed when the girl asked her when she was going to go out surfing again. She didn't think that she would actually think about going. "I usually go out every morning. You really want to go? If you do just meet me at the beach tomorrow." Blaise hoped that she would show up, it would be nice to have someone surf with someone else.

Ehh, I play anything really. You can beat anything out on the drums really,
she laughed. Blaise invited her down to the beach to surf. Fagan smiled, excited to go down and try it. But, tomorrow probably wouldn't work. And to think about, Fagan wasn't much of a morning person. Surfing in the morning may not be such a great idea after all. Sounds fun. I can't come tomorrow, but how about another time this week? I'll give you my number. She searched in her pockets, but couldn't find a piece of paper. Actually, she didn't have a pen either. Such a fail. She pulled her hand out of her pocket, and threw some lint into the grass. She took out her phone, and opened it up. Nevermind, I don't have anything to write on. Give me you number and I'll text you mine. Okay?[b/]

Blaise laughed "Yea that is true, drums are easy to play anything on...So i have heard."
"Well if mornings don't work out for you we could go in the afternoon, there's just more people. But I'm always out there so just let me know when you can go."
Blaise waited while Fagan searched for a pen and paper. She lit up another cigarette and took a long drag out of it. She blew out the smoke slowly trying to savor the taste of it. She took another drag and blew the smoke out in rings for slight amusement.
"Oh yea I can give you my number. It's 345-6954" She gave the girl a smile. "Just hit me up when you want to go."

Fagan punched in the numbers, filled out the name, and hit the big okay button in the middle of her her phone. Okay cool. Morning should be okay, if I can get myself out of bed,
she laughed. The number saved, and the main screen came back up. The time flashed on the screen, and Fagan closed her phone. She'd been here for a while now. She still had a few things she had to do; little chores and errands she'd put off in her boredom. Well, I think I might go here. I've got some stuff to do back at the dorms. It was great meeting you though. She stood up from the bench, adjusting her shorts. She pulled her Zune out of her pocket and plugged an ear-bud into her left ear. She gave Blaise a bright smile to rival the sun. I'll text you, about surfing and jamming. See yaa. She stuck the other bud in, and turned the music on. She moved away from the bench, and her new friend. Blaise was nice. Fagan felt bad that she'd have to lie to her every day. But then again, what was there to lie about? Unless Blaise asked her out-right, she'd never having anything to lie about. Fagan shrugged, telling herself to get over it. It didn't matter at all, just that she had a new friend. notes ;; whoa so corny ending. but, we'll get around to that surfing thingg. (:

Blaise laughed as the girl mentioned that it might be hard for her to get up in the morning. "Well I usually just drink a Monster energy drink and then I am alright."
Blaise smiled and stood up as Fagan said she had to leave. "Yeah I should probably get going as well." She was glad to have met a new friend. She didn't know that many people around this new school.
She waved bye as Fagan walked away to finish what ever it was she was doing. She stood up and started to walk towards the dorm.
