Mona is a tolerant, sweet girl who hates when people dislike her. She has a strong spirit but allows people to walk over her in a sense, and is an avid athlete with thanks to her fast-footed father. Any ideas of how they would get along?

Mona Therese Hix (I'm sorry, I don't know what you like to be called) I see that she's a hockey player, which is going to cause Chase to roll his eyes a bit, as he considers it too violent (though he can appreciate the skill necessary to skate and maneuver the puck) I can see him probably enjoying her company though. I can see perhaps a brotherly relationship to her as she's a freshman and he's a junior, and he might tease her quite a bit, though not maliciously. He might accidentally pick on things she's self conscious about, and not even realize that even though he's joking, it affects her.

I can see that, but the one thing Mona hates quite a bit is being babied, so if she gets any of that she might seem a little offish or uncomfortable.

I don't particularly see him babying her, moreso like going and having a "talking to" with any boy that expressed interest in her to make sure that he's not going to break her heart and whatnot. As long as she's intelligent enough to hold somewhat of a conversation with him, he'd like her.

I'm not sure how they would meet/have met, but perhaps, oh, I don't know, something was happening to Mona and Chase stepped in to save the day, and boom, insta-friends. She's only a freshman, so I can't imagine them having classes together, and they don't play the same sports, nor are they related, sooooo, I'm thinking a random encounter is probably the best way to go.

I could see her as either a crush for him or a friend. ponder ponder. If she ended up being a crush, it would take her awhile to notice it cause she is special in her own way  |
