In the mystical world of Avalon, the kingdom of Camelot appears to be thriving; however, large groups of people are forced to hide their identity in fear of being killed. The power of controlling magic, deemed illegal by King Uther Pendragon, can lead their wielders to their ultimate demise. King Uther, the ruler of Camelot, watches over his kingdom with a watchful eye. His knights, trained under his highly esteemed son, Arthur, are top notch and trained to take out any sign of opposition.
The court physician, Gaius, and his apprentice, Merlin, also have their own share of secrets. Merlin is a powerful sorcerer, blessed with the powers of magic. However, he is also a loyal servant to Prince Arthur. Their destinies are intertwined in ways that even they cannot comprehend. Merlin, along with the other hidden sorcerers and druids in the kingdom are forced to keep the magic a secret. But how long can they manage this? With magic and loyalties clashing, and secret romances yet to happen, Camelot holds many secrets.
