The semi-decent weather had been enough to force
Jayden outside for the moment. The sun was shining, the sky
was a perfect blue, and the temperature was above freezing.
Maybe that was all she could really ask for, after all she wasn't in
Miami anymore. She had to admit she didn't totally hate it here,
she was surrounded by demigods that made her feel more at
home than she had ever felt in Florida. She had yet to really
meet anyone, she had hardly been here long enough to get settled.
But now she was moved into her room and as content as she
was going to get. She was feeling relaxed today, rockin` a pair
of jeans, a flannel shirt with a white burnout (it was still slightly
chilly), and a pair of grey UGGs she had finally forced herself to
buy. She noticed an empty bench seat comfortably nestled
beneath a scarcely bare tree. After resting her bag on the seat
she lowered herself to snuggle up to the very back of the chair.
Shuffling through her bag she pulled out a black planner.
Organization was always one of her priorities in life. She scanned
the brightly colored page, sharpies were another priority.

TO - DO
MOVE IN- FIND CLASSES
- MEET TRACK COACH
- EXPLORE?
Jayden always planned out her day ahead of time, and yes her
list of things to do today was rather short. She felt like she
should leave it open to whatever she felt like doing. She was
hoping something more exciting would come up to add to the list,
but the chances of that happening were slim to none.
Absentmindedly she twisted the wing ring that encircled her
finger. She always wore it, it reminded her of her father, though
she had never met him. She scanned the short list one more time
before running a hand through her thick black hair. A gentle sigh
escaped her as she closed her book returning it to its home in
her bag. Slowly she slid down until her head was supported by
the back of the bench, she stared up at the sky watching a small
cloud interrupt the perfect scene of the blue sky.[/center]
