Dream grinned. "Sorry? I guess I shouldnt be so mean to you, cause your cool" She said. She continued walking, they were getting closer to all the dorms now.
Dream gave him a quick hug and then pulled away, the fat comment had been kind of rude. "Nah, your definitely not fat your," Dream pause trying to decide on a word to describe him. She had been about to say perfect, but that would have been awkward. "Skinnier then average?" Dream finished lamely.

He laughs a little and shakes his head, he really could care less about her teasing him. It was rather entertaining actually.Though of course some time with certain people it was annoying but coming from her made no difference plus he was simply used to it by now any way she seemed to always enjoy teasing him or picken a little. "Naa no worries I dont mind."
He was caught off guard slightly by the hug and turned and looked at the ground right after she did so. A soft smile on his face as he looked back up at he after a second passed. Then smirks at her comment. "Well i dont see that either but okay.. And hmm I guess that means... by my books hmm.. your like a 10 out of 9 for body?" He looked around a bit and noticed they where by the dorms and he smiled. "Hmm so could go have quick fun before practice." He used a honest voice making it sound like he was not kidding with her. Though of course he was simply just messing with her now.

Dream grinned at Vince and then her grin grew even bigger as she heard a loud purrig sound. She turned around to see her kitten boots racing towards them like he thought he was a tiger. Dream giggled an picked her kitten up as he reached them. She storked Boots playfully between the ears and then placed him so he was resting on her shoulder.
Dream felt her grin fade as Vince told her they could stop and have some fun before practice. Any other time she would have thought he was kidding but he looked serious. "Vince..." Dream bit her lip and shifted her eyes away awkwardly, " I told you I didnt like you in that way"

He walks with her and stops when she does, smiling as she picks up her small little kitten. A soft smile on his face. He watched as she petted the small thing then placed it on her shoulder, of course he was not a overly huge fan of soft and cuddly but he admited the little kitten was pretty cute. Which made him think of Bear, why was it a guy who tried to be so evil and mean had a kitten? Really come on how did that make any sense? shruging the thought away he watches her and frowns a little when her grin fades.
"I know Dream I was only kidden... I already told you that I understand heck its not like I am the one who is trying to hook us up. Blame sage mona and semp for that. Im good just being friends with you." He offers her a sincere smile. He was not going to lie to even if all they would be ever was friends he could deal with that. He would admit yes he wished more but was not going to push anything either. Starting to walk again he shrugs and walks past her.
"eh any way lets get going got to see how this so called sports team of your works right?"

Dream let out a sigh of relief when he said he was only kidding.. "We need to get back at them soon.." She said and then grinned, "Not that being chained to you was completely bad."
"I'd rather keep walking with you"Dream said with a smile. Of course, she would go to basketball practice, but she wasnt in the mood to run around with her team.

He was glad she was happy after he said he was kidden, after all the last thing he wanted was to upset her or make her mad. It simply was not in his nature to want to make girls mad or upset, now males where another story. Her comment made him laugh a little."Yeah we really do." He said with a smile, when she made her next comment his face flushed slightly and he offered a smile from ear to ear. "Well thats good to know. and neither where you, you where rather a good partner." He hoped that would not sound perverted, but had to admit in a way it did.
As the two kept walking he stayed silent for a bit and just continued to walk beside her, his hand lifting a little to pet Boots head softly scratching just behind the small critters ears. Looking down to Dream when she spoke once more he smiled and gave a nod. "Okay I enjoy walking with you as well. Where shall we go?" his tone was soft and even gentle. As he walked beside her he kept a eye on her and could not help but smile.

Dream giggled. She was sure he didnt mean it in a perverted way but she instantly thought of it like that. "Ahh, good thing neither of us suffered"
"We should probably go to my dorm so I can get my basketball clothes and feed Boots" Dream said with a shrug. She didnt really want to practice in sweat pants since basketball was a running sport and running led to sweating.

He nodded to her comment. and kept walking. The day was starting to cool off now and he could feel the change as wind picked up and sent a chill down his neck. It was strange how weather changed but he actually did not mind the cold it was rather nice at least in his mind. "Alright want me to wait here while you go change and what not? " Of course he had other things he could have said. Such as oh now your trying to get me in your room? but he figured he should be polite and try to actually not be perverted and all guy like for once.
"I mean.. I dont want to make you uncomfortable or anything by going their.. And I would have no problem waiting here for you..."

Dream grinned. "If you wait here I'll be back in a few minutes" She said before walking quickly to her dorm. It took her about a minute to open the door before she let herself and her cat into the room.
Dream noticed that Bear must have left recently and let out a sigh of relief that she would be alone to change. She put some food and water out for Boots before grabbing her bright orange basketball shorts and a grey tank top and quickly changing. She pulled her hair into a ponytail before exiting her dorm.
She made her way back to Vince and grinned. "See, that didnt take to long"

He sits while he waits as she rushes to her room, he had talked with a few people right before she returned, she was quick and looked good still. He gave a smile and nodded he had to admit that he was excited to actually go see how this practice would be. He never had gone to see any of the girls games since he had been here, who knew maybe they would be fun.
"Nice timing, im pretty excited about this should be fun. Not sure what it is im getting myself into but hey oh well." He shrugs and stands up. He was ready to go and figured they had to hurry up since it would be bad for her if she was late, and he did not want to be the reason why. |

Dream couldnt help but laugh. "Its just baskeball practice, all we're gonna do is practice our plays and play a quick game." She said with a shrug. She began walking slowly towards the gym where the girls practiced. She hoped the other girls would be on time. Everyone had been late the last few times.
Dream paused at the gym door for a moment before opening it. She saw that a few girls on her team were already there and ready for practice. "Sit wherever you want, Vince" she said, gesturing towards the benches.

Hesmiled and walked over to the bleachers. He had to admit this was going to be some what odd. Never once in all his time had he come to see girls practice or play even. But now here he was. God crushes changed a mans days. He smiled and watched below. He was interested to see how well she was actually. Plus maybe now he would come see her games and give her some support Since most guys really only cared about the males teams.
He looked around and saw some of the girls from Dreams team looking at him but he really did not care. He guessed the word had gotten around about the fight with Bear by now.He still had the mark from where he was cut but was nothing to bad. And lately he simply stopped even talking about it since Dream was not a huge fan of the violence.
Sitting still he watched below as they started practice. This was going to be new to him. But hey was better then sitting alone all day any way and he never really would complain about the chance to stare at Dream.. I mean wait never mind.. Ignore that. |

Dream grabbed a basetball and shot a few free throws as she waited for the other girls to finish getting ready. She grinned as slowly the other girls got in line and they all took turns shooting as their first warmup. She grinned, their team was pretty decent at basketball but they had a lot of fun as a team.
"Lets just have a quick practice game, since its the weekend and we all have homework" Dream said. Usually, she would have made them all practice like normal but she was feeling lazy.
Dream went though and split the girls into two teams so that they would be ready to play. She wandered towards her teammates and waited for the other 'team' to be ready. |

He sat for a short time watching but really it was not working. ADHD and sitting still just do not go hand in hand. Standing up he stretched out a bit and walked down the Bleachers and out to the field. Since it was practice he had a little idea. Walking over towards Dreams 'Team' He smiled and walked up to Dream.
"Lets get you girls some more practice huh? I need some excercise as it is.. Dreams making me all lazy like" He smirked a little at Dream and waited to see what they would say. Of course he was bored in a way as well and since he played sports he figured why not help them and get a little work out as well. |

Dream watched as Vince approached her team and grinned at him. "Fine but you gotta be on that team" she said, pointing to where the other team of girls were standing. If Vince was gonna play, Dream wanted a chance to try and beat him.
Dream walked up to the half court line and dribbled the ball a few times. This was gonna be one of the times when Vince would see her competetive side. |
