Dream hated shopping. Hated with a burning passion. The only reason sh ewas even in a store right now was because she needed some new clothes. Dream narrowed her eyes and glanced at all the clothes there was to choose from. She let out a grunt of annoyance.
Until her eyes fell onto a pair of awesome sneakers. She walked casually over to them and began examining them. They were a bair of awesome neon converse with black laces. She looked at the price tag and found herself frowning in dissapointment.

Chicago sighed contendly as she walked around the Hot Topic store. She was treating herself to a day at the mall, and had only been inside this store for the moment. She smiled as she walked through the aisles, stopping every once in a while to look at something that caught her eye. She hadn't actually decided on anything yet, but she had the whole day and quite a few other stores to get through. Eyes travelling over to the shoe section, she wandered over and saw a girl there admiring some sneakers. Chicago cocked her head to the side, she was pretty sure this girl went to her school, and was a demigod also. Noticing the sneakers the girl held were very nice, she spoke up "Hey. Nice sneakers. Uhm, I was just wondering...Do you go to Richmond High? You look familiar, thats all..." she offered a smile as she trailed off. ------------ tag: Dream outfit: here! |

Dream smiled at the girl who approached her. She was almost positive she had seen her somewhere in the school before and she knew they had chatted on IM and stuff. "Yeah got to Richmond High." Dream said and then paused for an awkward moment, "Would you mind helping me shop. I hate it and maybe you could get me to like it" Dream put down the sneakers with a sigh, deciding she would have to save up her money for them.

She smiled at the blonde haired girl and gave a small laugh "I thought so. I'm Chicago Eastlyn. Junior, Cheerleading Captain, and on the dance team and student council. I'm at the south end of the school. What about you?" She didn't recall if this girl was a demi or a reg, so she just threw it out there. If you were a demi, you were in the south block and if you were a reg, you were in the north block. Still smiling, she replied, "Sure, I'd love to, I'm sure by the end of today, you'll at least be fond of shopping" |

"Im Dream Winters, Senior, Basketball captain and member of the baseball ad hockey teams. I like in the south end too. Im daughter of Apollo" She lowered her voice at the very end so that she wouldnt be heard by anyone. "I doubt I'll ever even be fond of shopping, but I suppose it could happen" Dream smiled and led the way over to a rack of sweat pants. Dream loved sweat pants. She only owned one pair of jeans and didnt plan on changing that number anytime soon. Although, she didnt mind dresses.

"Daughter of Aphrodite." Clearing her throat and regaining her normal voice she laughed and said "Of course it can happen. You just have to open your mind and...all that other good...stuff..." she trailed off with a giggle. She followed Dream to the sweat pants. "Why don't we come back to those? Dream smiled at the daughter of Aphrodite. Dream hated having to be all secretive about her dad but she knew it had to be done. "I suppose I like wearing dresses, when all my sweat pants are dirty. Im going to warn you now that I'm a tomboy." Dream shrugged. Dream was sure her and Chicago could be friends as long as Chicago didnt start talking about cute boys. Dream didnt really like any of the guys as more then a friend.

Chicago grinned, "Well, off to the dresses then! Thats alright, i can work with that." She grabbed Dream's hand and pulled her in the direction of the dresses. She was sure she'd be able to find something nice that Dream would be happy to wear. She smiled to herself as she thought she dhould keep all her hot boy thoughts to herself, especially if Dream was a tomboy. She wouldn't want to hear that sort of stuff. |

Dream laughed as Chicago pulled her along. "Just because we are going over to the dresses does not mean I'm going to buy a sparkly and glittry one! Dream said, although she figured that this girl could probably persuade her to buy a glittery dress. Dream smiled as they rached the dress section. It was probably the biggest section in the whol store and it made Dream wrinkle her nose in distaste.

"I never said I was getting you a sparkly one!" Chicago said with a laugh. She sighed contendly and she faced the dress section. "Now just keep your mind open, yeah? Whats your favourite colour?" Chicago was determined to find at least three dresses plus basic accessories for Dream befor ethe day was through. |

Her favorite color? Dream didnt really have one. "Black or white or Orange, I suppose" Dream said as she began looking through the dresses. Every once in awhile one would catch her eye, but she just ignored it and pretended to keep looking. She wasnt exactly sure what kind of dress would look good on her anyways.

Chicago smiled. Black and white were good. And orang can work woth those. She'd definetly find something. "Right, well how about this one?" she queried holding up a simple white dress. Dream studied the dress that Chicago was holding up. It was cute. Dream felt a sneaky grin appear on her face. If it wasnt comfortable she would just hide it in the back of her closet and only wear it aroud Chicago. "I think it's cute" Dream told Chicago honestly.

Chicago beamed as Dream looked at the dress. "I knew you'd like it, lets go find some more." She was proud of the fact that she had gotten Dream to admit that she liked the dress.

Dream smiled at how proud Chicago looked. "How about we find me something for formal occasions?" Dream said. She needed a dress the she could wear to formal parties.
