Serena loved the amusement park. It was a really fun place and had a great view of the ocean. The only thing she didnt like was that on Saturdays the whole place was crowded with people and you had to wait forever to go on the ferris wheel or get food.
Serena pouted as she waited in line for ice cream. She had already been waiting for fifteen minutes and now she had to wait for them to get her some ice cream. "Thank you!" Serena said with a smile as she finally got her chocolate ice cream cone. She nommed on it happily as she wandered around.
Serena really wasnt paying attention when she rounded the corner and let out a squeak of surprise as she ran into someone and of course, got ice cream all over them. Outfit: Clicketh |

Woooooowwww! The park looked really pretty! It was my day off so I really wanted to look around, and I am enjoying it. Above me, the sun looked really shiny andc..what was the word? Beautiful, yeah that word. I felt really happy because everybody was having so much fun! The amusement park had a lot of fun games, like the roller coaster and the ferris wheel! Maybe I should play one of these gamescI could only watch since it was my job, but now I can have fun too! Swinging my arms side to side, I hummed to my favorite song. The manager is really nice for giving me this job, I like it a lot! Growl. Rubbing my stomach, I felt dizzy. hIfm hungryyyyyy.h Stomping my foot, I looked around. Was there any stores that sold food here? hWah!h I was surprised as a girl bumped into me, but something felt cold, and wet. Looking down I realized my wish had come true. Food!
Pinching my t-shirt, I pulled it up to my mouth lick off the food. It tasted like ice cream, a food that I wished I had every day. hThanks lady!h I said as I licked a bit of ice cream off my hand. She was nice, and really pretty. She reminded me of mother for a little bit. Smiling, I waved at the lady as I continued to lick ice cream off of my hand. Remembering my greetings, I lowered my hand to open my mouth. "Hi, my name is Evan!" I smiled happily as I continued to wave at the girl.

Serena looked at the boy in confusion as he began licking the ice cream off his shirt. "Your welcome?" Serena said with a giggle. She began licking at the ice Cream that was actually left on the cone.
"Im Serena Bryant, nice to meet you Evan" Serena said, waving back to him. He looked about her age even if he didnt act like it. "Do you want me to get you an actual ice cream cone?" Serena asked with another giggle. Outfit: Clicketh |

I felt warm inside as she said eyour welcomef. As she giggled I laughed, though Ifm unsure why I did it, but I just laughed. I stopped licking my hand once she started licking the cone. Why was the ice cream gone from her cone? Maybe she ate it all, maybe she was a fast eater like my parents. Looking down, my clothes were all sticky. The stains reminded me of coffee stains from when my mother had spilled coffee all over papers. I smiled as I remembered that, because it was funny.
Secrecna? Her name sounded funny when she said it. I tilted my head as she said the rest of the sentence. Brycant? That sounds weird. But that was okay, since I thought my own name was weird as well. I thought this lady was nice, but shefs really, really, REALLY NICE! I felt like my face was going to pop, because I smiled a lot after she had offered to buy me ice cream! hYeah!h Today was really good, I had just made a new friend!

Serena watched as he looked down at the stains on his shirt with a smile. "Im sorry for the mess, we'll get you some napkins" She said, beginning to lead him back to the ice cream stand. She paused for a moment before grabbing his hand and pulling him through the people so that they wouldnt get seperated. She wasnt going to leave him alone until after she got him his ice cream and had cleaned up his shirt.
Serena let go of his hand once they got to the end of the line. "Where do you go to school at, Evan?" She asked curiously. He obviously didnt go to her school or she would have seen him before.

hNah, itfs okay, okay!h I said as she grabbed my hand and pulled me through people. I bumped into a few people while she was pulling me, it made me feel like a bully. hSorry, sorry, sorry.h Looking around, I saw many pretty colors as I was being pulled. The park looked really pretty from here! And thatc..uhhhc.Ferris Wheel spun round and round and round and round! hWahhhhh!h It looked tall! I should ride that, but then I remembered how tall it was, if I rode that, then I would probably fall down.
School? That word seemed familiar. Oh! I remember now! It was that horrible place where you had to do work. I hated it so much that I was able to leave, and never come back. hYou still go to school?h I asked to Se..re..na, as she let go of my hand. She still goes to school? I felt sorta bad inside as she said that. hIs school fun?h The line moved up as I walked with the line. My mom had always asked that after I came home, and it made me feel better. Maybe it will make Se..re..na fell better too.

Serena noticed him looking at the ferris wheel. "Do you wanna ride the ferris wheel after we get your ice cream?" She asked. He looked like he might be a bit scared of it and one way for him to conquer his fear of it would be to ride with someone else.
Serena looked at him in confusion. He didnt go to school anymore? Thats when it finally dawned on her. He wasnt just happy and bubbly. He was a bit slow. "School is really fun. You get to hang out with your friends. The only part that isnt fun is the homework" She said with a shrug. As they reached th front of the line she ordered two chocolate ice cream cones and handed one to Evan. |

hNoccc Ifm okay.h The Ferris Wheel seemed very scary, and I wasnft really that good with heights. But I felt happy, Se..re.na is very nice. Ifm glad that she asked too, mom had said that a good friend would know what you were thinking. Se.re..na felt like a good friend to me. I smiled as she started to talk about school. So school was fun. Maybe I just went to the wrong school, thatfs all. At least all schools werenft horrible, and Se.re.na enjoyed going to her school.
I smiled as she handed me a chocolate ice cream cone, my favorite flavor! hThanks Se..re.na.h I started to lick the ice cream as I watched a lot of other rides. Some moved really fast! And others went in circles! hWhat do youcwant to do Se.re.na?h

Serena grinned at Evan again. "Do you wanna play some games or something? Until were done with our ice cream, then we could ride some rides" Serena suggested with a shrug. She had saved up her money so she could have fun when she came to the fair today and now she had someone to hang out with. Now she wouldnt have to feel awkward and worry about what people would thing if she walked around all by herself.
Serena ate her ice cream slowly as she led the way down a row of games, trying to decide which one would be easiest for her to play and win a prize. "Say something if you see a game you want to play" Serena said, looking over her shoulder at her new friend.

The sun felt warm as I walked with Se..ren.a . The chocolate iceccream tasted good as I followed Se.ren.a , licking my ice cream as many games appeared in front of me. Many people were already playing them and they looked like they were happy! Looking down I realized that my ice cream was almost gone, but I didnft mind. Sere..na then told me to pick a game to play, but all of them looked really fun! hOkay! Over there!h I said, pointing towards a game where heads popped up and people hit them.
A lot of loud sounds came as I looked up, covering my ears. Wow! A cart full of people passed by with super speed, like superman! I remember that now! It was called rollerccoaster. But why did they call it a roller..coaster? Maybe I should ask the manager laterc.

Serena walked over to the Whack-a-mole game that Evan had chosen. She handed the guy at the stand some money and they were both given a hammer to try and hit the heads. You had to hit a certain amount of the moles to get a certain sized prize.
She waited till the green light that signaled them to start flashed before she began attempting to hit the heads. She did decent and hit a bunch, enough or a medium prize. She chose a white teddy bear. "How well did you do, Evan?" she asked, turning to face him. |

I followed Se.rena to the stand, and smiled as she handed me a hammer. As the light went green, animals started popping up, and I started hitting them with the hammer. When I was younger, I remembered playing this! I felt jumpy and started to laugh as the light then turned off. The animals started to stop popping out as I placed the hammer down and looked at Se.ren.a. hI hit a lot!h I said raising my fist into the air. Jumping up and down, I laughed from hitting the animals. The game was SO fun!
Looking at my watchcI scratched my head. I remembered that mom wanted to come home at what time? hWhat time is it?h I asked politely to Se..re..na as many people walked by.

Serena laughed with him as he jumped up and down. "Great job, Evan, you did better than me!" She said, which was actually the truth since she gad only hit enough to get a medium prize and it looked like he had hit enough to get a large one.
"Its about two. Why?" Serena asked. She kind of hoped he didnt have to go. He was really fun to talk to and hang out with. "Do you have to go?" She asked. She hoped he said no. |

hThanks!h I said as Se.rena praised me. Today was REALLY fun, and I enjoyed every bit of it. Sere.na is probably one of my most bestest friend in the whole wide world. Smiling, I laughed along with Se.rena , this was probably why I enjoyed coming to the amusement. Everybody has a lot of fun coming here! Ignoring the man behind the stand, I gave Se.rena a hug before I stepped back, smiling so much that I showed my shiny white teeth.
But it was soon after when I started to frown. I had remembered mom saying that I should come back at 2, and I donft want to be a bad kid because then my mom will get angry. Taking my frown upside down, I nodded slowly at Serena. I didnft want her to see me sad, so I had to smile. hBye Serena! Ifll see you later!h I waved happily as I started to run towards the exit. I think I said Ser.enafs name correctly right now, but I didnft have time to stop and think. Ifll probably see Se.ren.a sometime around, because shefs my friend!

"Aww bye Evan" Serena yelled as he ran off towards the exit. He was really nice, she would have to hang out with him again as soon as she got the chance. Serena smiled to herself before findng another game to play.
