Sixth forms like college where you get your A- levels at the end (which come after your GCSE's), A-levels are more specific (and harder!) xD. Hehe TEE sounds like something we'd have XD

Sarcasm has been my friend since I was born. I literally popped out of my mother and told her, "Well, I wonder how long it would've taken you to push me out if we were on one of those toilet-baby shows."

Okaays, I'm from Australia (like Lyssa && Johanna) but I [Hannah] live in Sydney, pshyeaaaaah.
-- Our beaches are a-maaah-zing, fullstop. -- We do actually have Winter and Spring in Sydney unlike in WA. -- In Sydney, there's a history of ganglords and shizz and it's so freaking cool. -- I found a koala in my backyard once then we gave it to the wildlife people. -- I like dem beaches in Sydney. -- AFL is lame. NRL (National Rugby League) is better than AFL. But I think NRL's only in Eastern Australia. -- A servo is a gas station. -- If you ever come to Sydney, take a trip to Bondi Beach.

Came up with some new ones!
Terminology
- 'Southwark' is pronounced suth - ark, don't pronounce the w!
- Greenwich (as in Greenwich Meantime) is pronounced gren - ich
...apparently we just have a thing about dropping letters XD
- 'Allow it Fam', i.e. Calm down...I think it's actually Jamaican...just don't use it...seriously. It's irritating xD
Handy tips
- If you come to London, GET AN OYSTER CARD! It makes travelling on public transport like a million times cheaper, especially if you're under 16 (in which case you'd be free on the buses and it's £1 something to travel on the tube for the entire day).
- When going on the underground, seriously, don't go to the ticket guy, go to the machine, for some reason the guy always wants to make you pay more XD
- Don't buy one of those 'I love London' tshirts with The Beatles on them...they were from LIVERPOOL! NOT London xD
Brits in the Sun.
- A sunny day in England - '...my god, is that the sun?!' 'Oh my god, yes! Let's all flock out with no shirts on if we're guys then get horribly sun burnt!' 'yay!'. XD. Seriously, the tv tries to warn us about 'harmful UV rays' but I'm pretty sure by now, flies know not to go into flie zappers. They still do it.
- We possibly take binge drinking to a whole new level on holiday.
- Heck, we binge drink at home too.
Other things
- Our MP's 'We should be making and supporting British Goods!'...then climbs into non British car.
- Indian curries and Kebabs ARE now a British institution.
That's all I can think of right now...

[/s] This has nothing to do with this thread really, but I saw this in my US history text book & I just lol'ed at the irony. xD They're in a breadline waiting to get food during the Great Depression in the 1930's. DD: -pets the people in the picture- My great-grandmother lived through the Great Depression & the dust bowl, so that's pretty kewlz :D and she thought I was her daughter once. x3 <333 God rest her soul.[/ul][/size]
